Cake International  – The Sugar craft, Cake Decorating & Baking Show.

Cake InternationalThe Sugar craft, Cake Decorating & Baking Show held at the NEC Birmingham this autumn was bursting with people from all over the country and even from abroad.

The cake show held on the 9th to the 11th Nov 2012 provides the industry with an abundance of cake decorating supplies, hosts demonstrations and workshops for the beginner to advanced Cake baker/decorator.

The show gives cakers the opportunity to enter a variety of competitions, which did not disappoint the eye. Special awards was nominated to Nick Smith from The Pukka Cake Parlour who won Best in Show for his Viking ship and octopus,

Karina Leonard won Best International Exhibit and the Coleg Llandrillo won Best college group. The show had an amazing response and there were some truly outstanding creations to be seen at the show, demonstrating remarkable talent and creativity.

The show will be returning in 2013 at Manchester’s event city 8th to 10th March for the first time, and London’s Excel 12th to 14th April for its second year running.
